How preposterous! Surely this is a story that was supposed to have been saved to run on 1 April?

So will people now have to have licences for fast food and alcohol too? Surely this is a wind-up!
You may recall recently where I mentioned a fart-tax. Well, judging from the linked story, I think we can expect that – or a licence to fart – in around 2009!

This Country is fast becoming a fucking mockery! I can hear the world laughing at us heartily. The saying of Mad dogs and Englishmen is coming home to haunt us again.

Why can’t the fucking Government concentrate on cool things such as roads, housing, employment, health. If they do bring in a licence I will complain and demand fat people have licences for being fat and alcoholics for being, well, alcoholics :D

Honestly, you couldn’t make it up could you!

Hows about a licence to have licences!? You do realise that the word licence can be swapped for the word ‘TAX’, we are f#####g well taxed to f##k.

We will have be licensed to breathe next.I’m a Security manager and have to hold 3 licence’s to do my job ( £245 a time,one renewable every year two 3 yearly) On top of all the other types of licence’s going (Road fund,TV,proposed ID cards etc ) I wont be able to eat unless I beg or steal. PAH!! We really must have revolution.
